halloween2    Milford Borough will hold Halloween Trick or Treating from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2016.  As this is a pedestrian event, we ask that visitors to the Borough refrain from parking or driving on the sidestreets, many of which have limited illumination, during this time.  Parking  at Key Foods on West Harford, the Municipal Lot at 611 Broad and at Milford Wellness on East Catharine is encouraged. The Pike County Chamber is again taking donations of unopened bags of candy to ease the burden on Borough residents in providing this event to the 1500+ trick or treaters that visit Milford.  Milford residents interested in receiving these donations should contact the Chamber at 570-296-8700 Reminder: “It shall be unlawful for boys and girls under eighteen (18) years of age to be or remain in or on any streets, alleys, parks or public places of Milford Borough at night after the hour of 8:00 p.m. and until 6:00 a.m. from October 1 until November 2, inclusive, of each year, unless said child is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person having legal custody of such child”.  This is an ordinance of the Borough Code of Milford Borough and will be enforced.

MONDAY through FRIDAY  10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. except for WEDNESDAY

From October 1 through November 2, 2017 children under the age of 18 may not be in or on any streets, alleys, parks or public places in the Borough of Milford at night after 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
