ARB & Building Forms
ARB Permit
This form is required for work to be completed on the exterior of any building in the Commercial and Limited Commercial Districts.
The Milford Design Guide provides guidance to building owners on the preservation of historic buildings in Milford Borough that are subject to ARB jurisdiction.
The Milford Borough Comprehensive Plan provides a comprehensive plan for preservation, development and to provide guidance to governing bodies of Milford Borough.
Zoning Permit Application-Required for changes of use, new constructions, additions and alterations to existing structures. Permit required BEFORE Building Permits or ARB applications may be submitted.
Required for any repair, maintenance or construction work on a Borough Street. Permit required for the opening of any Borough Street for construction or public utility purpose.
The Building Material Street Closing Application form is required for the temporary storage of building materials or temporary street closing for construction purposes.
Borough Special Event Policy-Applications required for special events to be held on Borough property and to hang banners over Broad and Harford Streets.
