MILFORD BOROUGH HALLOWEEN CURFEW & TRICK OR TREAT TIME

Please be advised that “it shall be unlawful for boys and girls under eighteen (18) years of age to be or remain in or on any streets, alleys, parks or public places of Milford Borough at night after the hour of 8:00 p.m. and until 6:00 a.m. from October 1 until November 2, inclusive, of each year, unless said child is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person having legal custody of such child”.  This is an ordinance of the Borough Code of Milford Borough and will be enforced.

Milford Borough will hold Halloween Trick or Treating from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019.  Please check the Borough website, https://www.milfordboro.org/category/announcements/ for more information about time period, parking, or curfew, or call the Borough office at 570-296-7140.
