NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE A PORTION OF EAST ANN STREET AS A PUBLIC STREET WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF MILFORD
2. AN ORDINANCE TO DESIGNATE EMPLOYEE ONLY PARKING ON WEST HIGH STREET
The Borough Council of Milford Borough shall hold two public hearings on Monday, April 1, 2019 at or about 6:00 p.m. at Milford Borough Hall. First hearing is being held to consider and/or adopt an Ordinance vacating an unopened portion of East Ann St., the area being vacated being approximately 60 feet in width and located between Second Street and River Road for the purpose of annexing the portion being vacated to the property owned by Milford Borough known as “Barckley Park”.
The second hearing is being held to consider and/or adopt an Ordinance designating two (2) Borough Employee Parking spaces on West High St., on the North side of High St., directly West of the driveway to the Borough Building at 500 Broad St. A copy of the two Ordinances, including maps showing street area being vacated, shall be available for review at Borough office during normal business hours. All interested Borough citizens and property owners are invited to attend the public hearings.
