PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Milford Borough Council will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 6:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Borough Hall, 109 W Catharine St., Milford, Pa. to consider adoption of an Ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with Milford Twp, Milford Borough, and the Municipal Authority of Westfall Twp for the Evaluation and implementation of the extension of the Authority’s Sewage Collection System.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection, during regular business hours, at the Borough office at 111 W Catharine St., on the Borough website at milfordboro.org, or by calling 570-296-7140.
